The Dymavac line of
water-white vacuum pump oils uses a Severely Hydrotreated (S.H.T.) base stock, which
yields a higher quality, purer oil compared to the solvent-refined base stock common to
O.E.M.-supplied oils.
Your advantages will be:
- Improved viscosity stability
- Better temperature stability
- Improved oxidation resistance
- Lower carbon residue
- Better lubricating properties
- Higher boiling points
- Lower vapour pressures
- Lower priced

Dymavac Industrial: is a severely hydrotreated
base oil that is not put through the same degree of molecular distillation that our other
rotary vane pump oils are. Hence, it is the lowest cost hydrotreated vacuum oil, and was
created to provide bulk purchasers with a higher quality, vacuum-specific, competitively
priced alternative to their use of hydraulic and turbine oils in vacuum systems.
Dymavac Industrial
is non-polar with virtually no aromatic molecular content, and exhibits very low sludge
and varnish forming tendencies compared to solvent refined oils. The user will experience
lower vapour pressure and reduced backstreaming in their system compared to one running on
hydraulic/turbine oils.
Dymavac Industrial
is custom-blended for the customer to meet their specific viscosity requirements.
Dymavac Vacuum
Flushing Oil: is a severely hydrotreated base oil designed for a between oil change
procedure to assist in removing particulate and contaminants remaining in all types of
vane and piston pumps. This clear, colourless, odorless oil has a light viscosity nature
of 3.6 cSt at 40 ° C, and an ultimate pressure of 1 x 10- torr at 25 ° C. |

HYDROCARBON MECHANICAL PUMP OILS |
| Dymavacs 41, 51 and 61: |
are hydrocarbon oils which
contain water demulsifiers to aid in the gas ballasting of water vapour, and are designed
to prevent the accumulation of particulate, sludge, and varnish on the inner components of
the pump. |
|
| Dymavac 41: |
is designed for vane pumps and
small piston pumps under 150 CFM.
Ultimate pressure @ 25 ° C 1.5 x 10- torr
